Hawks intensify hunt for suspects#Durban parcel bomb

The Hawks have vowed to intensify their search for suspects after a parcel bomb exploded at a Durban home, injuring three people.
The Hawks say the parcel bomb delivered to the Khan family is the first of its kind.
The package was delivered to the house in Berea and exploded after they opened it. The family members have since been hospitalised.
Spokesperson Hangwani Mulaudzi says experienced officers have been called in.
“For now you do know we have been dealing with similar cases of espionage and terrorism. This one is new to us. We are working very hard to make sure we deal with this matter as soon as possible.”
